When will I see results?

Do I use it in the morning or at night?

Do I really need sunscreen with it?

Yes, and it isn't a formality. Pigmentation returns with sun exposure faster than any serum can clear it, so without daily sunscreen you are fading marks with one hand and making new ones with the other. Treat the sunscreen as half the product.

Can I use it with vitamin C, retinol or other actives?

It absorbs quickly and layers easily with the rest of a routine. Our one rule: introduce one new active at a time, so if your skin reacts you know exactly what caused it. If retinol or an acid is already settled in your routine, add this gradually and watch how your skin responds.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Patch-test for 24 hours before first use. That applies to every skin, and doubly if yours is easily upset. Start it on its own rather than alongside another new product, so your skin only has one thing to adjust to. It's a cosmetic product for external use, not a medicine.

How long does one 30ml bottle last?

A full application is only 3 to 4 drops, so 30ml goes further than the size suggests, but used morning and evening, plan on more than one bottle. The four to six month window where dark marks really move is a multi-bottle project, and it's fairer to tell you that at the start than halfway through.
